Jessica is passionate about storytelling through film and strives to make every piece she works on something that will not only touch people’s hearts but also open avenues for discussion.

Jessica’s path to directing has been an evolution which stemmed from her work in two other areas of filmmaking: acting and editing.

As a well-trained, working actor, Jessica understands the complexities of a compelling performance and what it takes to get there. As a film editor, Jessica understands the importance of visual storytelling, and how to create and put together shots that will communicate with and move the audience. 

Jessica has now directed eight films and three web series episodes, earning her an array of awards for her work including multiple “best director” and “best film” wins.
